Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Standard Items: Refunds are available for non-custom items returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

    • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and certificates (if applicable) included.

  2. Custom or Personalised Items: Due to the bespoke nature of custom orders, these items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the agreed-upon design.

  3. Sale or Promotional Items: Items purchased at a promotional rate or on sale are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

Exchange Policy We offer one free exchange per order (excluding shipping costs).

  1. Contact us at sentientdesignsco@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

  3. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all packaging and certificates (if applicable) included.

  4. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorisation and instructions on how to ship your item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will work with you to resolve the problem, including offering a replacement, repair, or full refund as applicable.

Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom or personalised items (unless damaged or defective).

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by Sentient Designs Co.
